Abbots Thorn has no petty rules as we believe our guests will have respect for both the property and other guests as they would in their own home

However, a booking, once accepted is a legal commitment by both parties; deposits will only be refunded upon cancellation (less an arrangement fee) if it is possible to re-let the room(s) for the period of your booking.

We reserve the right to re-let unsecured rooms, unless confirmation of the booking by your arrival or telephone call has been received by 4pm on the day of the proposed arrival.

Rooms are available for occupation from 4pm, guests are welcome to deposit luggage prior to this time (by arrangement).

Check out time is 10.00am on the morning of departure.

One well behaved dog per room (by prior arrangement please).
